Maintenance Process

  1. Job is logged and diagnosed remotely where possible
  2. Landlord is contacted and given details plus cost
  3. Works are completed
  4. Landlord is given before and after pictures of the job
  5. The invoice is sent out within 24 hours of completion of job
  6. Landlord pays on receipt of invoice
